Hop Hing Group Holdings Limited, a company incorporated in the Cayman Islands, is the ultimate holding company of Hop Hing Group which was listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited in 1988.
Hop Hing and its predecessors in business have over 70 years' experience in the importing, bottling and distribution of edible oils in Hong Kong. The business was founded in around 1932 by the late Mr. Hung Hok Yau, the present chairman's grandfather, and certain partners in Shantou in the PRC.
Mr. Hung Cheung Pui, the present chairman's father, entered the business in 1936 and retired from the position of the Chairman of the Group in 1990. His son, Mr. Hung Hak Hip, Peter, entered the business in 1975 and is the current chairman of the Group. |
